Feed/ Concept design
Providing Front End Engineering/ Concept drawings and reports in line with the client requirement for preparation of tender activities and floating the tender document to the contractor/consultant/supplier.
Structural Design for Industrial projects
Design and detail engineering carried out for industrial projects such as Oil & gas, petrochemical, Booster station, gathering station, pipeline projects, power stations, retail petroleum outlet, skid support design, lifting analysis & design, and many other related projects based on the MEP input, vendor data, project specifications, scope of work in line with Indian and International standard & codes.
Structural Design for commercial, residential & retail projects
Design and detail engineering carried out infra, commercial and retail outlet projects as per the Architect design and MEP inputs with economical & Safe detail design with relevant reports in line with Indian and International standards & codes.
Fabrication/Shop drawing
Preparation of fabrication/shop drawing for PEB structure, skid support, pipe racks, technological industrial buildings as per the detail drawing
BIM
Realistic 3D modeling and clash checking based on the design inputs using BIM software
Bill of material/Schedule of Quantities
Preparation of Bill of materials and schedule of quantities for the pre tendering activities and based on the detailed engineering drawings
Pretender/ tender activities
Technical specifications, technical bid evaluations, request for quotation, Scope of work documents and any other documents related to tender and contract document
As-Built drawings
As per the mark of detail drawing of the actual execution, detail drawings will be updated as an As-Built drawing
Chartered Engineer Approval
Review and approve engineering drawings and reports. Recommendation of the alternative scheme, Optimization of provided details and to bring in the quality of the detail engineering.
